Prices & Promos Policy
- The prices of our products are as displayed on the website at the moment of purchase. We retain the authority to modify these prices before your order is confirmed. You shall be notify.
- When placing your order, please refer to the product text description as photographs are not binding and are provided for guidance purposes only.

Payment Policy
- At present, we accept payments via Internet Banking or MCB Juice or Blink by Emtel. Cash on Delivery is not available. However, cash or card payments can be made upon pickup, unless otherwise agreed upon between One N Only Deco and the customer.
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated confirmation email for your order. Please be advised that modifications or additions to the current order will not be possible during this time. Should you require additional items, you may place a new order.
- Failure to confirm payment within 24 hours will result in automatic order cancellation and the reserved product will be made available online again. Kindly reach out to us if you require an extension on holding your order. Please be aware that we maintain the right to cancel orders without holding them.
- All bank information is securely processed between banks, and no data is stored on our website.
Delivery Policy
- We currently provide delivery services exclusively within the Island of Mauritius. If you are located in an area inaccessible for a lorry or you reside on a mountain, in a small lane/road, for example, we shall fine an adequate point of collection for customer to collect. In case no adequate PoC is found, additional shipping cost may incur.
- Only one delivery address is allowed per order. If you have multiple addresses for shipping, please place separate orders for each shipping address.
- Deliveries are typically arranged to take place within a 3 to 5-day window, between 15:00 and 20:00, from Monday to Saturday, unless a specific request is made.
- Before delivery or collection, you are required to present your National Identity Card (NIC) / Passport for identification along with stating your Order Number.
- Our agent will document the NIC/Passport number of any third party collecting the order at the designated delivery or Pickup location.
- In the event of a natural disaster or emergency, we will make sure to keep our customers informed and updated.
- We will not assume liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from delayed or undelivered products caused by inaccurate information provided by you.
Return Or Exchange Policy
- No exchanges or refunds are available once a product has been purchased.
- It is essential to inspect the state and compliance of your product upon delivery or collection.
- Should the customer notice any damage upon delivery or collection, they are advised not to accept the product and to promptly get in touch with One N Only Deco.
- After the delivery has taken place, we will not be responsible for any damages, discrepancies, or deficiencies in the ordered products.
